We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced National Compliance Administration Officer to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team in Seven Hills, NSW 2147.

A newly created position reporting to the Logistics and Allocations Manager, this role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for Asphalt National Logistics.

Your day will involve:

  • Support Logistics managers in retrieving and collating contractor audit information.  
  • Action Mass/Maintenance/Fatigue accreditation to ensure all paperwork reported remains current throughout reporting period
  • Champion Rapid Global and be administrator for system to ensure all contractors and drivers have access to induction information. 
  • Provide reports nationally on list of inducted drivers to allow operations to act on induction Gaps. 
  • Champion the files nationally and report on gaps with respect to truck and driver minimum spec/standards
  • Source and upload driver/truck information into 3rd party induction systems used for major projects e.g. 3DS/Plant Assessor etc
  • Support any project specific SWMS or transport safety requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Finance or similar.
  • Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the civil contracting/construction/project management industries (or similar)
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completion
  • Strong verbal and the written communications skills and numerical accuracy
