As an Administration Officer at Boral, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Baulkham Hills Laboratory. This position is a part-time role, offering flexibility with three days per week. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Answering phone calls and managing office correspondence.
  • Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ordering stock.
  • Preparing reports and documents as required.
  • Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
