As an Administration Officer at Boral, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our Baulkham Hills Laboratory. This position is a part-time role, offering flexibility with three days per week. You will assist with a variety of administrative tasks and contribute to the smooth running of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administration, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Answering phone calls and managing office correspondence.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering stock.
- Preparing reports and documents as required.
- Supporting team members with administrative tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
