Do you want to be a subject-matter expert for an industry leader?
We are looking for YOU, an enthusiastic customer-focused individual, to join our team as an in-house Inside Sales Representative within our growing Quarries division based in our Port Melbourne office.
Your day will involve:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to Boral’s small to medium-sized client base
- Develop new business opportunities and grow the existing business
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products
- Maintain our customer database to ensure all client details and sales records are accurate.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated experience working within a customer service or sales position OR within a customer service centre environment
- Experience in the construction industry is preferable
- Well-development verbal communication skills & strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to stay on top of current market conditions including competitor and industry analysis
- Strong focus on exceeding set KPIs
